We schedule our last appointments for 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays.

Cancellation of Appointments
Our goal is to provide high quality care at a fair cost to our patients. As a courtesy to other patients and to our doctors, and to help keep our fees down, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours of notice when canceling an appointment. The practice reserves the right to dismiss patients and/or impose a cancellation fee with excessive cancelled or missed appointments.
Insurance and Payments
We accept most major dental Insurance carriers. We also file all Medicaid/PeachCare programs for children.
We also offer CareCredit with no-interest or low interest options available. You can choose from three- or six-month no-interest plans (if paid within the promotional period) or 24, 36, 48 or 60 month low interest payment plans. For more information visit the CareCredit web site.
Payment of a patient’s insurance co-pay is expected at the time services are rendered.
Our office will be happy to file any dental insurance claim for you.
We will always strive to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible. In the event your insurance company does not cover our estimate of their payment, then you will be notified by our office. You should also receive an explanation of benefits from your insurance carrier detailing their payment amounts. Then you will receive a statement from our office.
